jiluck Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiluck ("jiluck," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the jiluck website at jiluck.cam, its associated mobile-optimized interface, all games and betting services offered thereon, and any promotional communications issued by jiluck.

By registering an account, accessing the jiluck platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jiluck platform and close your account.

jiluck operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Philippine market. The platform provides live casino games, video slots, table games, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games including Lucky Dice and Crash Goal. All services are offered exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) with primary payment processing through GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

These Terms should be read together with jiluck's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jiluck.

To register and maintain an active account with jiluck, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activity in the Republic of the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily by yourself through jiluck's responsible gaming tools or by any competent regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of jiluck or any of its affiliated game providers and technology partners.
• You must be accessing jiluck from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under Philippine law.

jiluck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued identification such as a valid Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth card, driver's license, UMID, or other PAGCOR-recognized identification documents.

Each eligible player is permitted to open and maintain one (1) account only on the jiluck platform. The opening of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to promptly update this information if any of it changes. jiluck is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiluck account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiluck will never ask for your password through unsolicited contact. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorized by you.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Use a strong, unique password not reused from other platforms.
• Log out properly after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any unauthorized access to jiluck support immediately via live chat.

jiluck reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

jiluck accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels as listed on the platform's Deposit page. The currently supported payment methods for Philippine players are as follows:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person – are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

jiluck does not extend credit, loans, or any form of deferred payment arrangement to players. You may only wager funds that are already credited to your jiluck account balance. Chargebacks or reversal attempts on legitimate deposits will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jiluck subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting player's account must be fully verified (KYC-complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all supported withdrawal methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jiluck account. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before the portion of the balance derived from bonus winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at all may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

jiluck targets a GCash withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. jiluck is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion, or circumstances outside jiluck's reasonable control.

jiluck reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction or ₱200,000 within any thirty-day rolling period, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations.

jiluck offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published in the Promotions section of the jiluck platform at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all jiluck bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the stated validity period will expire and be automatically removed from your balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: jiluck reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors.

All games available on jiluck – including slots, live casino tables, RNG table games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, Lucky Dice, and Crash Goal – are governed by the individual rules published for each game or market within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

jiluck's slot and RNG table games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time through licensed studio operations. jiluck does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results once a betting round or spin has been initiated.

• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be amended or cancelled, except as expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or market.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. jiluck will credit any provably incomplete rounds based on server logs.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and may vary. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet.
• jiluck reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances where jiluck has reasonable grounds to suspect technical malfunction, system error, or fraudulent activity.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as officially declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA, or the applicable federation). In the event of a discrepancy between the jiluck platform display and the official result, the official result prevails.

jiluck is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. Gaming on jiluck is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. It must not be treated as a source of income, a method to recover financial losses, or a substitute for professional financial advice.

jiluck provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Limit reductions are effective immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic alerts that appear after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Check Notifications: Pop-up alerts at player-defined intervals showing net session win/loss and time played.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period ranging from one (1) month to five (5) years. During the exclusion period, account access and all marketing communications are suspended. Requests must be submitted via live chat support and take effect within 24 hours.
• Account Closure: A player may request permanent account closure at any time for any reason, including problem gambling concerns, with no cooling-off period required.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiluck platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating or using more than one (1) account on jiluck, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any account communication.
• Using jiluck for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jiluck platform in a way that simulates or replaces human player activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or share information for combined advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy primarily designed to exploit bonus terms rather than participate in genuine recreational gaming.
• Accessing jiluck from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful under locally applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward jiluck staff or other players through any jiluck communication channel.

All content on the jiluck platform – including but not limited to its name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and data compilations – is the property of jiluck or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiluck platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jiluck content without prior written consent from jiluck.

Game content including game mechanics, artwork, and audiovisual elements are the property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Jili Games, and others) and are subject to those providers' separate licensing arrangements with jiluck.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiluck, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your use of the jiluck platform in violation of these Terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance, or circumstances outside jiluck's reasonable control (force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons, power outages, internet network disruptions, and governmental actions).
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks, in the processing or rejection of transactions.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiluck's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by jiluck's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the jiluck account at any time:

• By the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jiluck's 24/7 live chat support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and applicable minimum withdrawal amounts. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
• By jiluck: jiluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, a regulatory direction, detection of fraudulent or illegal activity, or where jiluck is required to do so by law or a competent authority. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, jiluck may withhold any balance pending investigation or permanently forfeit it where fraud is substantiated.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue to apply after the account is closed.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jiluck, we encourage you to contact our support team first, as the majority of concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to jiluck's regulatory compliance or game fairness, players may raise a complaint with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming activity in the Philippines.

jiluck reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiluck will notify registered players via a notice on the platform's login page and/or by email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jiluck platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using jiluck and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jiluck recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive an amendment notification.
